The Adventureland Stage was the newer venues used at Night of Joy. It was
one of the few stages that were not a permanent part of the Magic Kingdom.
It was located in front of the Enchanted Tiki Room during some years, but with the
opening of Aladdin's Magic Carpets it was moved in front of Pirates of the
Caribbean. There were several problems with this stage. It is a
very small stage, maybe even smaller than Cosmic Ray's. Also, in
Adventureland foliage is everywhere and there are several planters that could be
in the way of to a decent viewing location. Maybe the largest
problem, and the reason it was discontinued was due to the horrible
pedestrian traffic.
