 After 2 years at Disney's Hollywood Studios,  Night of Joy 2010 returned to the Magic Kingdom.  Night of Joy 2010 had nearly 20 performers lined-up for the 2 night event, which ran from 7pm to 1am on September 10 and September 11, 2010.  (Those with group tickets were allowed into the Magic Kingdom earlier at around 4pm each night).  There were three main stages used for this years event, the Cinderella Castle Stage, the Rockettower Plaza Stage, and the Galaxy Stage.  The Caribbean Plaza stage was used for unsigned bands, that competed in a battle of the bands held on August 27 & 28 by CMI Events.  (For information on the event, and also room & ticket packages, and Night of Joy Merchandise please click here).  Disney also held the first annual Disney Gospel Music Festival, which auditioned several Gospel music choirs with performances at Epcot, and the winner performed during Night of Joy.  Most of the Magic Kingdom's rides and attractions were open for event attendees.
