Night of Joy 1999 once again had a group leaders area, character
greeting and a special performance of Fantasy in the Sky fireworks,
The big change this year was that groups were allowed into the Magic
Kingdom at 4:00pm and had a longer time to enjoy the attractions and
therefore enjoy the music by not being in a hurry to ride their favorite
rides.
