Spinning Ride
Attraction Description
After a brief elevator ride guests can board Buck Rogers like rocket ships
that spin around and around in a circle. Guests have control of whether or
not they want to go up or down on the attraction. This attraction is
similar to Dumbo in neighboring Fantasyland and Aladdin's Magic Carpets in
Adventureland. The difference with this attraction is that the ride
vehicles are already about 30 feet above ground level before the ride
starts. This gives riders a better view of the surrounding area than the
other rides due.
Night of Joy Comments
This ride is a very slow loading ride. Guests most line up to enter
the elevator on the ground level and the posted wait time for this attraction is
usually just until guests board the elevator. Once on the upper level
there maybe up to another 15 minute wait depending on how busy this attraction
is. However, due to this attractions proximity to the Tomorrowland
Space Stage it is still possible to at least hear whichever band is performing
on the Space Stage.
