Ride Description
A ride on a genuine old fashioned steam locomotive.  This ride takes guests on a tour around the perimeter of the Magic Kingdom.  There are three boarding stations for this ride.  One at the entrance on Main Street, one in Frontierland between Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain, and one at the end of Mickey's Toontown Fair.  There is no limit to how long you can ride except on the most crowded of days.

Queue Description
Both the Main Street and Frontierland stations are designed as real working train stations for both the time and place that they are supposed to represent.  They are somewhat interesting to look at if you have to wait to board one of the trains.  The station in Fantasyland has been completely reworked into a new brick structure and is a much more realized station than the former Mickey's Toontown station that was basically just a covered maze type of queue.

Ride Length
A complete circuit of the Magic Kingdom takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.  Most of the trips between stations take 5 to 10 minutes each.

Night of Joy Comments
The local Orlando radio station Z88.3 has broadcast live from the Main Street Town Square Station during Night of Joy  since at least 2010.  The train station has also often been used as an interviewing area for many of the performers both before, during, and even after the Night of Joy events.
