Attraction Description
Guests are allowed to be an actual American Idol contestant, and have a
chance to really appear on American Idol. At the start of the day, any
willing guest is allowed to audition for a spot on the show. Auditions are
held behind the main theater near the Sci Fi Dine-In and ABC Commissary.
Once all guests for the day are chosen, they will go on stage and be judged by
both American Idol judges and other theme park guests watching the show.
The winners of each performance during the day will compete against other
winners of the day during a final show, which can be watched in the theater or
on a large video screen just outside the theater. The final winner of the
day gets a fast pass to audition for the normal American Idol show.
